2. File preparation
We define the investor, property and family checklists and review file quality, attestations, translations and the bank letter when applicable.
3. Submission and payment
Once the requirements are complete, transaction data is entered through the approved channel and applicable government and service fees are paid.
4. Medical, residence and Emirates ID
The applicant proceeds through medical examination and the residence and identity steps applicable to their status in the UAE, followed by issuance and delivery tracking.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the process take?
Dubai Land Department publishes an indicative 7–10 business-day service time for the investor route. Missing or additional requirements can extend it.
Must the investor be inside the UAE?
The current Dubai Land Department investor service page states that the applicant must be inside the UAE for the published route.
